Thoughtworks was at DevOpsDays Lima 2025! 🇵🇪 Rocio Mera, Verónica Rodríguez, and Rodrigo Vallejo from our Ecuador office joined as speakers at an event that gathered over 450 members of the tech community to exchange experiences and insights around DevOps, automation, and engineering platforms. Their talks focused on improving Developer Experience at its core. Verónica and Rocío shared how to automate developer onboarding with an event-driven architecture using Kafka, Okta, HCP Vault, and Snyk — reducing setup time from days to minutes. Rodrigo and Verónica also presented how to build Golden Paths that remove friction and enable teams to scale without losing agility.
