In London we had an Asian-inspired lunch and Singapore slings, in Vienna we laid on High Tea, our Bremen team enjoyed an Austrian feast and in Singapore the team visited a local German restaurant. Last night our Head of People, Caroline Lant and our Community Team hosted another fantastic Women’s Event at our London office. We were pleased to welcome Melissa Geiger, Karin Seymour, Matthew Free and Carrie Birmingham as moderator, for a special, interactive panel session. The panelists explored the topic of ‘Stepping into the Unknown: Building our capacity to stretch out of our comfort zones”. It was a thought-provoking discussion with our guests offering many different insights on how we, as women, can have a greater impact in our work. To celebrate the end of a very busy 2023, our London and Vienna offices recently had their Christmas Parties. In London the party took place at the Gherkin where there was dancing and spectacular views of the City. In Vienna the team visited the Circus Museum for plenty of festive cheer. #TeamTrayport #TrayportChristmas

Last week our Vienna office were transported back to the iconic 90's era, in honour of Trayport's 30th Birthday last month. With 90's themed music, party food and retro arcade games, it was a trip down memory lane that was enjoyed by all. There were even prizes for the best 90's get up with two lucky winners taking home a 90's childhood favourite; the Tamagotchi. Last week our London office celebrated Trayport's 30th Birthday at Woods Quay along the Thames. With scenic views of the river, great food and even some dancing, a brilliant night was had by all.
On Sunday 10th September the TMX London Cycling Team took on the grueling 55-mile London to Brighton bike ride, finishing with the infamous Ditchling Beacon climb. The team have been fundraising for the First Love Foundation a wonderful local charity whose mission is to tackle poverty in the Tower Hamlets area. Our cyclists raised a massive £3900 for this very worthy charity. #TMXCyclesForACause #LondontoBrighton #FirstLoveFoundation
To celebrate #InternationalWomensDay, we held an employee event discussing gender diversity in the workplace. 'Being a Woman at Trayport' was hosted by executive coach Carrie Birmingham in the London office and online, who facilitated a discussion about the importance of having a diversity of skills in the workplace and a culture that gives both women and men a voice and the opportunity to bring their 'difference' to work. #IDW2023 #DigitALL #Innovation #technology #genderequality
