I love my job I have worked with this company for five plus years and I don't plan on ever leaving the amount of training that I received for free in the amount of certifications I have because of this company I have now for certifications I cannot disclose what client I work for because we sign an NDA for particular clients to protect our customers and our client but I am able to work from home I have an intermittent medically for my health issues which is basically FMLA but if you do not have enough time to qualify for FMLA they have intermittently leave to where it is not paid if you haven't been there for a year or work $365 days or so many hours but you still do not get pointed they also have something called an ABA which is for if you have any type of disabilities or anything that might prevent you from working a specific schedule or specific shift or certain days they accommodate for that they accommodate if you need extra bathroom breaks or extra brakes any type of accommodation they accommodate you for and it is very simple to get approved just a simple note from your doctor stating what accommodations you need they are the most reasonable company and to be honest they put up with a lot of things unnecessarily from people but they work with you they train you and they become your family I would never leave this company unwillingly and I've made the best of friends when I am upset I call my team lead because we have gotten that close to where I can speak to her about anything if I am nervous about a specific call and also there's always someone there to help you for any questions you might have and there's always knowledge open to you no matter what client you work for I started out with a different client which was into it and transferred after the tax season to the client I work for now. So if you are on the fence of not knowing if you should work for concentrix you need to hop that fence and run to this job because you will not get a better opportunity and how many raises I cannot tell you that I've gotten I literally just got a raise just last week you get performance bonuses incentivized raises I make double what I made when I started and because of my health issues, I have only been able to work a few days a week the last few weeks since I've been sick and I'm completely covered under my FMLA and ADA and they're understanding. Most places if you have to miss because you're sick or be out for multiple days off and on when you come back you just feel ashamed or embarrassed and it's just a very awkward situation but not here they truly care. Love my CNX family!!

Decent for individual and family

It’s okay but very repetitive

Extremely expensive health insurance offered. Limited vision and dental plans. Couldn't use health insurance that was paid for in 2024 due to issues between Health Care System and Insurance provider.

Decent pay, not great PTO or health insurance. Did offer FSA account contributions.
