"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

Very big variety, 4 different providers with bronze to platinum plans each provider. High price premium but I also went for platinum because it was only a bit more than gold or silver.
