"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

The best thing about the benefits package are the amount of consumer accounts offered. The worse thing is the 401k match and lack of HSA contributions.
