Benefits package is OK, but not up to tech company standards in Seattle. In particular there is no maternity or paternity leave. Best part of working is the flexibility that comes with remote work. The company is fully remote.

I have not been paid incentives on performance in a year. Because the company has me coded as in training "been here for over 3 yrs"

Health Insurance was very expensive for employees. Dental and Vision insurance providers were limited, but premiums were affordable.

There really aren't a ton of perks that stand out as a full time, salaried position. The main perk is that I work from home full time, but there are plenty of other companies that do that. Otherwise, they have accrued leave (something I haven't experienced since working hourly), no maternity/parental leave, and very expensive insurance.
