Concentrix benefits

The package is a little expensive for a family.

I decided no to go with the full benefits package but paid vacation was OK even though they are being sent to court for not paying out!

You're not paid enough to get benefits

It's expensive for a family & not the greatest insurance but it does the job. There's a new policy where you can't take your vacation until you accrue so the whole office technically can't take off more than a week until December

The good part is the insurance is accepted at most places. The worst part is the benefit packages are very expensive with high deductibles.

401k match, health insurance and dental at an affordable price

Best thing is the pay rate. Worst thing was no other benefits.

Paid vacation. 401K. Health insurance after 90 days. Very good benefits package.

Deductible is very high. The majority of the company is call center based so if you have a position that isn't in a call center the benefits don't match what you would typically receive elsewhere.
