"4 days sick time per year for a FT worker and 3.08 vaca hours accrue for every 80 hours worked. Not bad, if employees could get time off to use it, as well as see their sick & vacation hour balances to be able to use it "

The company is a Global Corporation and the benefits are good and accepted everywhere I tried. The overall package is compatible with other company's if not better.

It's cheap, but inflexible. Lots of things are lacking.

401K - not worth it, but that's pretty much been the standard especially since 2001.
Benefits weren't too bad, but that's pretty much standard in today's economy.
I was fortunate to have the benefits I did and I used them.

Benefits were very expensive, and the cost of benefits would rise on a yearly basis. In the three years that I was there, the cost of benefits doubled. I was paying more than $150 per check for mediocre benefits.

Very unhappy that we were supposed to know about our benefits package several weeks ago, and we still have not heard anything.

At least you get your benefits after 60 days of working there depending on your client the hard part is maintaining your employment there so that you can maintain those benefits
