Labcorp benefits

Pretty decent benefits, 401K, flex acct, health savings account, health insurance (discount if non-smoker), NO BONUSES!!!! ham and turkey for the holidays?!!!!

Great benefits including medical, dental, long and short term disability, 401k, 21 days off per year plus 7 holidays.

The company stock purchase plan. Free money if you buy and sell. Make close to a whole paycheck every six months.

The call center representatives at HealthHub the administrator of the Flexible Spending Account have very poor customer service skills.

Health insurance was good, with many options. 401k matching and stock purchase plan were nice.

Great benefits across the board.

The nice thing was the cost was about the same that I paid at my previous job; $240 a month for myself and one dependent. The bad thing was that is the only similarity. You pay out the you know what until you meet the deductible. For comparison at my employer previous to LabCorp, I went to the ER and I paid $100 out of pocket total that was it, no deductible, no BS. I went to the urgent care one night while employed at LabCorp and I now owe over $1500. They have United Health Care or Cigna, I don't know if it is the insurance carrier or the crappy plan they've devised but I had Blue Cross at a previous employer and was way more satisfied.

The worst two aspects of the benefits package are wage and annual increases.
