"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Vacation time was a good. The pay was decent but never got cost of living raises.
Management didn’t care about you. They wanted the job done. All they did was throw it in your face you were the face of the company. If it wasn’t for us then they wouldn’t get the money.
