"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

There are so many things about the health insurance plans that are frustrating. Yearly screening with added costs for being overweight and/or a smoker. As well as added costs for having a spouse on your plan if they have the option of insurance through their employer.

The benefits here are vast and very affordable. They even give you an option to earn $500 towards your HSA via videos or short courses online. The cost of dental and eye exams and glasses are very low. Great death benefits and 401K along with a list of other benefits.
