Lockheed Martin benefits

Excellent entry-level vacation time with 15 days of PTO and another 40 hours of (essentially) sick leave. Great company 401k match with up to 10% . Health benefits are standard but not great - HDLP plans that end up costing just as much as LDHP plans after you add in all the supplemental hospital indemnity coverage and such that you would not need to worry about with a better base plan.

Health Insurance has high deductible

Good vacation. Started with 3 weeks PTO, 1 weeks “personal Time” which is essentially sick time, and 2 weeks of built in holidays.

Health insurance is good, vacation policy standard, 401K options are good with a number of choices for investment and growth

I love the flex time that's being offered now. The non-accrued PTO needs some catching up though. I would prefer if employees had the opportunity to work any number of extra hours and use them as extra non-accrued PTO.

Lockheed Martin has a great work-life balance. Depending on the schedule, employees can have every other Friday off.

The best thing about the benefits package is the very high 401k match.

Solid 401k matching with competitive health and wellness. On-site clinic. Vacation and leave policies are excellent. Also has education reimbursement.

Benefits are extremely lacking. Average PTO is less than 8 hours a month
