"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

The 401(k) match is great! if you max out the match, they pay 10% while you pay 8%. That's an amazing investment. Most campuses also have gyms and cafeterias for employees. They also give you every other Friday off, and most people work from home some of the time. I'm a fan, that's for sure.
