Lockheed Martin benefits

The company offers average benefits. There are differences between offerings for represented and non-represented employees.

Best thing is everything. The benefits are amazing. Such a devoted and caring package, in my opinion.

Best: Flexible Work Options, 401k is best ever saw, Compensation is good for low income cities, but may not compete with some of the bigger cities. Lots of options like Visions, Life Insurance, etc. Vacation is great. Worst: Health Insurance getting costly. Local buildings may not have good employee perks or lunch vendors.

The health insurance was a little high, but Lockheed provides a good overall plan. The 401k contributions are fair, you can carry over up to 400 PTO hours per year, and Lockheed believes strongly in a work/life balance.

As a National Guard Member the most important benefit to me is the paid military time off. Lockheed Martin offers differential pay for 120 hours a year but does not guarantee it will be paid out for each use. The 120 hours can be extended for circumstances such as deployments.

Lockheed Martin offers great benefits that allows for a flexible work life balance. Healthcare wasnt too expensive.

part time so not many benefits, dental health etc. no paid vacation but paid overtime, also no paid lunches.

Only High-Deductible health plans to choose from. These are so high, you will likely never meet them. A lot of the "boxes" are checked yes for having them, but the benefit has been reduced to the point that its nearly worthless.
