"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Lockheed Martin offers Interns quite an extensive array of benefits. As I listed below, there are some ranging from healthcare to sweet perks (employee discounts)

I love the 3 weeks of vacation along with the 4-5 days of floating holiday times per year. The health insurance choices are decent (I am represented so I cannot speak to the rest of the company who have to have high deductible plans). Sick time is also reasonable, better for the represented employees (up to 160 hrs/year) than the rest of the company (40 hrs/year). Overall pretty decent benefits

The benefits package was standard. The health insurance premium was not fully covered, but it was good enough for a young employee.

401K: 6% is automatically put into Capital Accumulation Plan. 50% of employee contribution up to 8% is put into Salaried Savings Plan. This totals 10% match. This differs depending on date hired, for example previous employees may receive less due to pension.
HSA: It's new as of 2018. A typical plan. They offer $500 into the HSA as an incentive for health survey and biometric screening. This is also offered for spouses, making potential total $1000 into HSA. This counts towards HSA annual limit.
Employee discounts are standard corporate discounts with AT&T, rental car services, theme park tickets.
Vacation is 10 hours per pay period (120 yearly = 3 weeks PTO per year). Increases to 15 hours after 15 years I believe.
Sick time was recently reduced from unlimited to 40 hours per year.
Tuition assistance is provided for tech/management graduate degrees and for each year paid you owe 1 year to the company after the degree is completed.
Work from home opportunities are few and far between as many positions are on cleared/classified work, although you may do corporate HR training from home at the least.

5250 dollars per year for undergraduate degrees. Undergraduate engineering degree get paid a grand or two more. Degree must be one under their umbrella of engineering business etc pertaining to what you do at work. Great perk
