401K Plan

"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Decent. Good 401K match and 9/80 schedule. Health care benefits are not as good as previous years. Pretty much no additional compensation other than salary

R4ecently the company has begun to tighten the belt on some of our benefits. They now only allow 40 hours of sick leave a year, where as it was unlimited before. They also changed our insurance plan some.

Great education benefits, covered a wide range of degrees with an easy process for submitting grades and tracking payments.

Health insurance is terrible given the size of the company. They only offer a high deductible plan and it's not very good. More employee get a flex-40 schedule.

Excellent vacation, sick leave and flexible work week options. Pension has been eliminated in recent years. Retirement savings plans and health insurance have diminished as well. Although health insurance was realigned to industry norms since Obamacare was enacted.

Decent benefits and great time off, but the benefit prices have increased a lot in recent years. Expensive for an early career employee starting a family.

401k is .5% match to a maximum of 4% employer contribution.
Health insurance changed to a high deductible plan, sourcing pharmacy from CVS. Net is, costs are about the same on a weekly basis, meds cost 10x more and much less is covered by the plan until you break the deductible. Last year they quietly dropped coverage for same sex and domestic partners and children of same, this year they've changed the travel programs to require the lowest cost in all cases (unless you're an executive officer of course). A lot of the work requires travel so prepare to be crammed into economy seating, with multiple hops and long layovers to save $50 or $100.
