"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

The work schedule was flexible. The 401K was standard. There was special insurance for dismemberment. Health insurance was excellent. Great short term and long term insurance coverage.

Salary employees are being forced onto a high deductible plan in 2018. Premiums are very cheap but you may as well not have insurance due to the deductible. If you have a family or recurring medical needs, the risk (cost) is entirely on you.

Good news is that they are adding HSA account in which balance will roll over each year (instead of use it or loose it). 401k matching/vesting from day one. Annual pay increases linked to performance.
