"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

401K is the best, Medical benefits is the absolute worst. You better be prepared to write a lot of checks to your doctor's, prescription coverage is good, eye coverage is average to below average especially if you where corrective lenses
