"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

401k, vacation time and pension were all good. The LM Healthworks insurance is a high deductible plan and is not very good.
