"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

health insurance is expensive with a high deductible, there is a shabby savings plan for hourly employees you must be salary for a decent 401. Dental is Ok. No sick time... PTO must be used for sick time and vacation
