Good 401k match and decent healthcare

They have a great 401k matching system

The 401k matching percentage is a good incentive. They give you 6% regardless of your contributions. Then, they will give 50% of the first 8% that you contribute (essentially 4% matching). This matching is on a vested schedule, where 20% of the matching contribution vests each calendar year of employment, which is the only downside. The Tuition matching is not great when most masters programs are extremely expensive the yearly limit at Lockheed is low. This is especially true when compared to direct competitors like RTX.

The benefit package is outstanding!

Tax department has changed into a meat grinder. Staff working continuous OT is the only way the work gets done.
