3M interview questions

The interview process was straightforward, but decision-making was long drawn out (4 months). I applied through a referral and had a virtual interview with the HR manager and hiring manager; I was invited for an on-site interview after two weeks. Virtual interview with direct manager that last about 45 minutes. Very casual interview with basic questions. No tricky questions and very personal interview style. I received an email after the interview to inform me of next steps.
