3M interview questions

The interview process involved one on one discussion with the engineering manager and one of his supervisors. They asked series of questions regarding my background and told me exactly what they were looking for and what I was expected to do on a daily basis.

first we were invited to take part in an exame about Intelligence and English test. then 1:1 interviewed by HR manager and commmunicated in English. personal and attitude question were asked. thirdly the department manager gave me to chance to talk about my last work experience
