3M interview questions

This was mostly a behavioral interview with the typical questions centered on my background and such. One financial question was just asked to describe the cash flow statement. I talked about the components of the CF statement and related it to net income from the income statement.

This is a great company to work for and they were very profesional. I was referred by a friend and so my process was shorter than most. They first want the regional manager to meet you face to face and if you are accepted they fly you out to MN with a whole group of perspective candidates. The only problem I had was that they wanted me to take the job without knowing where I was going to move to after training.
