3M recruiter will grab the resume, and contact you for an interview on campus. They asked all of our experiences, make sure you are very familiar with your resume. They also ask you the typical interview questions, like "what's your strength & weaknesses? " "what's your team work experience?"

The interview was open ended questions but I got the feeling that they didn't know what to do with my answers. This is a very traditional company and the people that I interviewed with were fairly stuffy with an autocratic feel. They were very hard to read.
