3M interview questions

I was contacted 4-5 days after my initial submission of my resume online and asked to interview. I had a one on one interview and it was mostly casual. There were the standard 'get to know you' questions and some more difficult behavioral questions which I had prepared for and I felt good about it. I didn't realize that the event was geared more towards folks looking to globally relocate which I am not.

Scored the interview through my school. Consuisted of first a group interview that was fairly informal and went well. Followed this up with a series of written test on skills, apptitude, and knowledge. The final round was a one on one interview.
