Phone interview: Basic screening, asked to describe the works in the portfolio, what tools we used and what we can do. Test: A week-long test was issued to test the competency of the described skill over the phone and our time management. I was asked if I was familiar with the company's products
They asked pretty standard questions, about experience etc. What threw me though is that they asked me to pick a salary figure. They explained that they don't negotiate and that they wanted me to choose a salary that I was happy with, and that if the number was higher than what they were thinking, they would cease negotiation. I think this may have been a ploy for them to get me to low-ball myself.
