Interview started off with being introduced to the head of the team, then had to talk about the technical task in more depth and skillset related questions. Interview questions were to give examples based on the company's core values. E.g. "Name a time that you showed care for others". A final random question followed at the end of an interview which I think was a test on your personality (struck me by surprise but was a very interesting question that I've never thought about). "If you were a biscuit, what would you be and why?". Given the chance to then be introduced to the people on the team, which has definitely pulled me into wanting the job furthermore. Everyone who worked there showed great passion and friendliness. Definitely a fun bunch of people that I am looking forward to work with!!
