ALDI Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Was invited to group interview. The interview took place in a store over 90 minutes drive away from store I was applying. This meant leaving at 5:45am to make sure I would be on time for 7:30am group interview. Hiring manager arrived late! Immediately told everyone the stores we applied at are not hiring. Only this store is hiring!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was shortlisted for a 15-min 1-on-1 interview with the Area Manager in the store I applied to. They mentioned that typically there will be a group interview, but this is not possible due to the current situation. Also, the 1-on-1 interview needs to be kept brief.
