After finished online application and online assessment I had to wait for 1 month, 1 week later I had a video interview, 2 weeks after that a phone interview and one month later a group assessment. I am waiting for an e-mail for the next stage.

Few interviews with DM's. All they ask is about stealing like you are an idiot. You will basically be asked questions about past experience and how fast can you work. Pretty straight forward interview. Just say you like working fast and you will get the job, that's all they care about.
