Question 1
Why Aldi? Why you would be suited to the role? Focused heavily on previous experiences
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (London, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
An initial 5 minute video interview where you record yourself responding to written questions. They offer you a practice first which allows you to re-record takes you wish to redo. The actual responses do not offer you a chance to redo your response at all.
Then if your successful you move to a second video stage called the assessment centre where your supposed to answer questions and present based on a store visit you complete prior. My assessment is was scheduled 6 weeks after the initial video interview. The interviewer deviated heavily from the format described in the preparation email.

Question 1
From my past experience can I describe what I have done to drive the improvement of a particular KPI.

Interview
Group interview into individual interview. Was told that I would hear back whether it was a yes or no over the weekend. Instead, they waited two weeks to reach out and notify me that it would be a no. Not upset about the outcome, it happens, but taking the time to mention when you'll contact only to ghost is not cool.
