I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Dandenong South, Victoria) in Sep 2023
Interview
5-7 minutes interview for management roles! Don't waste your time, they will hire internally, just doing some formalities Tom dodge the regulations. I attends in an interview session last week. They literally took 5-7 minutes each interview, no HR/recruitment professionals were involved in the recruitment event. Their recruitment process is just a joke! How would they assess someone's management ability in 5 minutes typical questions? Legal actions should be taken against them for harassing job seekers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Do you have RSA? 2. What is your previoua job? 3. What is your current job? 4. Why do you want to join Aldi?
The questions were not very relevant to the job itself but were standard interview questions. Just do your research about the company because the first thing that they will ask you is what you know about Aldi.
