ALDI Cashier Shift Manager interview questions

The amount of applications received makes getting an interview very unlikely. There is no way to follow up on your application.

The only way to get an interview with this company is if you know someone or attend a career fair. Don't even waste your time dropping off an application at a store, odds are the district manager will never see it. District managers are the only ones that hire people no one in the store will. Prepare for the interview process to take a few weeks. It took me a little over a month to get hired. I had 2 interviews and did 1 store walk through.
