There are many stages, at first there is a online application form plus few online tests passed those, after they invited me to do a video interview by answering about 5 questions (time sensitive) pretty easy one, then individual assesment with the area manager including math and english test timed with the person watching..., passed that one too then at the last stage i had a so called "store experience day" which couldn't take place due to co vid rules so i had a 30 min face to face interview with the store manager... Actually lasted about an hour... During this he said that he would have to let me know that there is actually no position and aldi does this thing where they recruiting people and keep them on hold till they have one... Which was so annoying... The whole process took about 2 and a half months and at the end of it to be told that if i am successful i will gave to wait... Waste of time... And have even refused to other job offers during this time as i choosed to wait for aldi... Negative experience overall. Will never apply for a job with them. Their loss.
