Took about 3 months from start to finish and online booking system extremely flawed. Rang the HR team a couple of times as I continued to receive automated emails asking me to book interview after I had already booked, they didn't seem to know what was going on; then turned up to interview to be told that they weren't expecting me! Heard nothing for a few weeks, so called back, the HR advisor put me back on the system so I then booked an assessment day which I attended but was clearly for store assistants. What a complete mess from start to finish. Totally put off by the whole experience.
