I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ALDI (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2012
Interview
First, there is a social night (info session). Then, interviews were conducted on campus. The top candidates from that moved to the final round at the local ALDI's headquarters. The final round interview day consisted of two one-on-one interviews, an essay test, and an aptitude test. The whole process was very smooth, but it was what seemed like a lengthy process to interview for an internship.

Interview
ALDI recruited at a career fair on campus where they required us to submit our resume online. They select people to invite to the informational dinner where they give an overview of the company. Interviews were the next day on campus and then a letter was sent out inviting us to a second interview. From there they will decide who they select for hire.
