2 rounds, on online and one in process. Included an in person visit to their divisional warehouse headquarters. First round was 30 minutes online, one on one on zoom via a computer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (State College, PA) in Oct 2023
Interview
2 parts one 30-minute interview and then another in-person at a distribution facility all day. First round wasn't bad if your actually interested but the second you have to make an impact immediately since you are in a group of about 20 others and only take maybe 1 or 2 from the group. Lunch was the interview but more casual. They did reimburse me for my travels to the center

Question 1
Why Aldi? (will ask why interested due to specific major)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Tully, NY) in Oct 2022
Interview
Very easy, one 30 min zoom with Director of Operations. They were mostly behavioral questions and an overall great guy to talk to. The typical process, I believe, is another round of interviews in person. I was offered the position after the first.
