ALDI District Manager interview questions

I met with the Director of Operations for the Haines City, Fl division. The interview lasted about an hour. The director was mainly interested in who I am and how I would add value to the company rather than general, blueprint interview questions. He wanted pretty detailed information about meh previous work and school experiences, especially those involving leadership roles. I did have to wait quite a while for a response from the company after my interview.
