Question 1
With so much time going store to store, how will you find a work life balance?
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI in Nov 2020
Interview
I had an initial phone call with a district manager who didn’t seem comfortable asking questions or answering mine. The second part of the interview started terrible. It comprised of being sent to the wrong store (a total drive of 40 minutes). A few hints that I would not be receiving an offer was mention that I was not a college graduate and had several years of DM experience and an MBA.
To be fair, I was up front about not wanting to leave the regional area. But I wasn’t interested in learning about the dating preferences or relationships of the interviewer.
