ALDI District Manager interview questions

Process was pretty drawn out, but the people were very nice. There was a first round interview via FaceTime, then there were a series of personality tests, then there were three in person interviews back-to-back at the regional headquarters.

Long interview process. Four rounds of interviews. First with current District Manager. The 2nd was a pre-night Zoom presentation. The 3rd was a 15 minute Zoom call. The 4th was an all day, 8-hour interview.
