I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2020
Interview
This was a very long interview process. Interviewed with the same people multiple times. After every round they expressed how interested they were in me and then would schedule yet another interview. Slightly unnecessary if you ask me.

Question 1
What's the largest puzzle that you completed during quarantine?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Windsor, CT) in Oct 2020
Interview
Applied through Handshake, and received an offer for an interview. The interview was 30 minutes via video with a director. He didn’t seem very interested and it felt more like an interrogation than a back & forth interview. Received email 2 days later that they weren’t moving forward with me. It was a pretty standard process, I just wish I had someone else interviewing me.
Was very organized, straight to the point. The company got things done pretty quickly. Very friendly and helpful, most importantly welcoming! My whole hiring process took about a month including background screening, and drug test. I was always in contact with the executive assistant, she was very helpful and answered just about every question that I have. I’m also someone who asks a lot of questions so this was very helpful.
