I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (O'Fallon, MO) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was okay. Very vague. The questions were mostly tailored around my resume. The interviewer also provided alot of insight around the criticisms of the position. Overall, I would say the process was pretty informal.

Interview
Interview process was pretty easy but sometimes it takes a while to hear back. In the final interview I met with a bunch of different managers in separate one-on-one interviews
