I applied through my university's career website. The night before the interview, I attended an information session dinner. The next day was the first round of interviews on campus. If granted a second round, Aldi will arrange transportation to the division warehouse where you will interview with several directors.

Applied online through campus recruiting in spring. Excellent pre-night presentation and networking session. Next day behavioral Interview was relatively simple with no surprises. 30 minutes one on one with school alum.

At least two rounds of interviews. First round asks the basic interview questions, second round was more intense, there was a tour of the facility, as well as meetings with other managers, then each interviewee had two one on one interviews with the regional managers.
