I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process took about 2 months, with 5 different interview steps. The first was a nice dinner information session, where we learned a lot about the position. They try to answer as many questions as possible so you have to really dig deep for more questions in future interviews. The first actual interview was two days after the dinner. It was a short 20-30 minute 1 on 1 interview with one of the director of operations. Its pretty basic interview questions just to get a feel for the kind of person you are. The next round is a full day at the divisional warehouse with a group of about 5 or 6 other interviewees. You tour the warehouse, then have 2 or 3 more 1 on 1 interviews with the VP and other director of operations. These questions were much more difficult because they are computer generated based on the personality test you had to take before the interview. while the other candidates are being interviewed you have to write a short essay about why you are good for the job. After everybody has finished their interviews you go tour a store and then have lunch. Make sure you ask a ton of questions all day. If you make it to the next you round, you pretty much have it in the bag. The ball is now in your court, at this point they want YOU to be sure that you really want this job. You have an all day shadow of a current district manager. This is your chance to ask pretty much any question you want. Don't be afraid to ask about the details of the benefits and stuff like that. The final step is a meeting with the VP where they just make sure you are on the same page about everything, and that you think you and Aldi are a good match. You will most likely then be offered the job on the spot.
All in all the whole long and challenging experience was well worth it. Aldi is a fantastic company that truly takes care of their employees. Just be 100% sure that you are willing to work the hardest you have ever worked in your entire life for at least the first couple years.

Interview
The guy seemed really nice and prepared. He had studied my resume well and first asked me basic questions about myself and we talked more about the details of the position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Greenwood, IN) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied through my university. Had a first round interview with a District Manager. Was invited to a second round at their headquarters. Toured the warehouse and a store with a couple other candidates. Then we had 6 interviews back to back and eventually had lunch. Everyone was very friendly and it seems like a nice place to work.
