I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Mar 2015
Interview
At first, they ask several questions about how you work on a team and why you chose the school that you chose A lot of behavioral questions about who you are and why you would like to work with Aldi. I was invited to a second interview that was much more intense. They asked several questions all at one time to see how you react to pressure and if you are fast paced. Make sure you walk very fast and "stay up" with them. Do not look lazy in anyway.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
I had a first round interview at my school and then went to a nearby Aldi warehouse/store and had 3 back to back interviews. We also filled a question on paper. The day consisted of being with Aldi district managers and other higher management. Do your best to talk to managers and make an impression. The overall experience was not bad, other candidates seemed to brown nose the higher management and get further in the process. The employees were generally pretty nice.
