Interview
I met with Aldi at my university's career fair. I interviewed with them on campus and the interview was 30 minutes. The process took 2+ weeks. After waiting 3 weeks to hear from them they sent me a letter in the mail stating they were not looking at my resume any longer.

Interview
First round interview was typical behavioral interview questions. Very friendly and conversational. Obviously have some background knowledge about the company and what you'd find most challenging and/or most exciting about the position. Also, was asked some general questions about school, my major, and activities. Going to the info session the night before is also very helpful.
