ALDI District Manager interview questions

I went in for a first round interview lasting 20 mins (1:1) at my school's career center and within the same day heard back about the second round-interview at their office. They asked various scenario questions. The guy didn't write anything down, showed no emotion and made me very uneasy.

I had two interviews at ALDI INC at their Saxonburg Division. The first one was with the VP of the division. We went over my resume and he presented some senarios and had me respond on how I would react. I recieved a call the same day asking me to come back for a second interview, which took place about a week later. The second interview consisted of two seperate interviews, each with one of the two Directors of Operations. They tell you to relax and then they pretty much ask you to rehash your work and educational experiences. After going over my resume, both DORs pretty much asked me the same senario questions, which leads me to believe that they are looking for consistancy. Unfortunately, I gave different answers because I had time to think about the solutions between interviews and changed my mind(Probably didn't help my chances of getting the job) Everybody was very friendly and I recieved a letter within a week stating that they would not be extending an offer to me at this time.
