I first had an on campus interview that was relatively straight forward with questions like "what could you bring to aldi" "why do you want to work here", etc. I was invited back for an onsite interview with 2 other candidates. We took an intelligence test and had 3 more short interviews. After that we went on a store tour with a current district manager to learn more about the position. Overall it was a positive experience. While the compensation is great, you will be worked HARD. It's definitely a job that revoloves more around people management, so if that's not you (I quickly realized it wasn't for me during my on-site), you probably won't like the position.
