I applied for this position though my university. The first step of the interview process is an informational meeting in which you must attend in order to interview the next day for the position you are applying for. Make sure to have a few questions about the company and the position prepared, as they will ask multiple times if you have questions. During the first interview they will ask basic interview questions. One of the first being, why would you want to work for this company. If you brush up on interview skills you should be fine. The second interview is a group interview with about 5 other candidates for the position and is located at the corporate office. They will ask you to bring an official transcript and spend the day with executives of the company. You will have three one-on-one interviews with the vice president, and directors of operations. Be prepared to answer multiple questions concerning your resume, and why you are a fit for the organization. There is a lunch during this interview in which you are able to ask the executives of the company questions regarding their positions. Make sure to ask one or two things. The close of this interview is a tour of one of the ALDI stores with it's current district manager. I was not presented with an offer after this interview was concluded. They are looking for a very specific type of person, one who is willing to work 50-60 hrs a week and come in whenever needed. Days off are few and far between, but they do stress this during the interview process.
