Heavily timed, prepare your answers properly, keep within the time frame as they dont like it otherwise. Have a nice quality camera and speak Confidently. The online assessment is hard and the apllication is lengthy

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
After the initial application form is sent, you then have to complete sever aptitude tests, Some are situational tests, other will test your mathematical skills (which were fairly basic questions)
If you're successful at this stage, you go through to the video interview stage. You can have as long a break as you like between questions, so it's quite relaxed. You have around 10 seconds to read and think of a response to the question, and them between 30-60 seconds to respond. I never made it pass this stage, however I assume there was an assessment centre, followed by a final interview.

After sending an application an online interview is offered where the questions are not too difficult but the time given to answer the questions isn't a lot compared to other companies
